The room was spacious, but drying towels after the beach was challenging.

Awesome place with free wi-fi, beach access, and helpful staff. On my first stay, they even helped me find a local food delivery number. I can't wait to return for the new year!

The view of the harbor from my room was simply breathtaking! 😍 The room itself was super clean and comfortable. Just a tad noisy during breakfast time, but everything else was perfect!

missingWrote a review on Sept 20exposed windowsdrying space
Room 8 has abundant windows facing the street, making you feel a tad exposed unless you draw the curtains. After a day at the beach, there’s a notable lack of space to dry swimming gear and towels, which is something even a guest house should consider accommodating. Breakfast costs £30 for two, which feels rather steep given the choices offered. some noise from the kitchen during breakfast can disrupt the peace if your room is nearby.

Perfect getaway spot
The view from our room was stunning, looking out over the harbor. Cleanup was on point, and having fresh milk in the fridge instead of UHT was awesome! The hosts were super friendly. Only hiccup was that the parking was a bit tight at times.

missingWrote a review on Sept 06delicious breakfastclean roomfriendly hostsprivacy concernslimited drying
I recently stayed at The Red House and really enjoyed the attention to detail provided by Nick and Karen. The breakfast options were fantastic, especially the banana pancakes and avocado Benedict. The room was bright, airy, and exceptionally clean. Free Wi-Fi access in the room was a nice touch. It was great being so close to Gylly Beach for evening walks. I found the curtains in room 8 a bit lacking in privacy since it overlooked the street. After a day at the beach, I realized there was limited space to dry my swimwear and towels. the £30 charge for breakfast for two felt steep. The warm hospitality and personal touches made up for some of these drawbacks, though.

We had a wonderful stay, enjoying the stunning views across the harbor from the galleried landing. The room was well-appointed, with those thoughtful little extras that made our family feel at home. The staff, especially Jordan, were welcoming and attentive throughout our visit.
For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly activities on-site.
